Website content describes Arcqual's current product direction and implementation approach. It is informational and does not create a service commitment, warranty, or binding implementation scope.
Pilot program
Pilot eligibility, timing, access requirements, data handling, success criteria, and removal steps are confirmed in writing before implementation. References to a free pilot apply only to the defined pilot scope.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for lawful CRM data, appropriate permissions, approved model-provider use, credential security, and final decisions made from qualification output.
Intellectual property
Arcqual retains its pre-existing methods, documentation, and implementation materials. Customer data, CRM records, and customer-specific business information remain the customer's property.
Limitation
Qualification output supports sales operations and may contain errors. Customers must apply appropriate review, especially for high-value, regulated, or sensitive decisions.
